All of them looks great ! Actually, it was hardest job I had experienced ever.. Because every cakes were yummy and beautiful but I had to decide which one was the best.. At last, we decided the best cake and the best patitie. Anyway, I was very happy and had a hard time at the same time. I couldn't eat sweets anymore temporarily.

I love TOPPOGI

Do you know toppogi ? It's one of my favorite Korean food! It tastes like rice cake, so maybe most Japanese like it. Yesterday, I made toppogi with Korean friends. To my surprise, they usually put ramen into toppogi soup. It's Korean style. It was much easier to make toppogi than I had expected.
You have to boil water, and put kocchujan, toppogi, ramen, salt, sugar, pepper, and special powder of toppogi. That's all! It was little spicy for me, but I loved it!
I want to make it again :) Please try it!

Japanese teacher

I'm involved in volunteer work as a Japanese teacher every Saturday. I have tried working as an assistant teacher who is helping a teacher, but today I tried teaching Japanese for children for the first time. My class is a junior class which contains 4 children who are 5-6 years old. Although I had experienced a teaching practice at elementary school, it was my first time to teach something such a quite young age children!

Actually, it was a harder work than I expected.. I almost lost my confidence to be a teacher in the future. Even though there are only 4 students I couldn't control the class well, why can I control the class which has 30 children? However, I know I need a lot of experiences to get better. I'll keep doing my best and I hope my skill is getting better. I think every experiences I have here are very important for me. Every ;) !

My challenge!

I tried baking chocolate chip cookie tonight :) I want to bake it for my friend's birthday on Saturday, so I needed the practice. But I had a important problem... I didn't have a scale, so I had to guess how much every ingredients was. During baking, I wondered if it was going well or not. Although it was a little salty, I was succeeded in baking cookies without a scale. I'll try again and I think next time I'll do it well. And also I want to try other sweets ;) !

Monkey Mia !

Monkey Mia is a beautiful sea which is famous for wild dolphins. It's the only place where people succeeded in getting wild dolphins to eat in the world. There are three times when we can feed them in a day. Unfortunately, not everyone can feed them, only people who is chosen by stuff can feed them. To my disappointment, although I sent telepathy the stuff, my friend who stood next to me was chosen.. But I was happy because I could see them very closely. The dolphins are so cute !! If you visit to Perth, I recommend Monkey Mia to go sightseeing :)

Pinnacles

Oh my god.. I'm too lazy. No diary in April ;(

Today I got the result of the pre-Cambridge exam. Unfortunately, my writing was terrible ! That's why, I decided to try to keep on my diary again :)

At first, I'll tell you about Monkey Mia tour during Easter holiday in April. It was amazing! I went to Monkey Mia, Pinnacles, Shark Bay, and some national parks (I forgot the name..). Today, I'll write about Pinnacles. It's located in 250 km far from Perth. There were many strange shaped rocks in Numbumg national park, and it's called 'Pinnacles.' We enjoyed not only those wonderful scenery but also sand bording! Do you know sand bording? It's like a surfing but not on the wave. We slided on the sand! It was so fun but after that we had to be completely covered with sand.. It was also good memories !

Next, I'll tell you about.. Monkey Mia!
Good night..

Lovely Animals!

Today, I went to the zoo with my friends. We could see many unusual animals there, for example koalas, kangaroos, tasmanian devils and wombats.

I liked them because they were very cute and their behaviors were like humans! Especially, lying kangaroos were like lazy people on holiday. They were just lying and eating. We could touch and feed them. I loved koalas, too! They look like real dolls! I think I can stay in front of koalas for hours. One of them were moving very slowly, but most of them were sleeping.

I'm happy that I can see animals we can't see in Japan. I think a zoo in AUS is more simple than it in Japan. I also enjoyed differences of the zoo itself!
